All plans include our core attendance features: digital check-in/out, signature capture, and secure record keeping for your program's retention period (you choose 5–25 years). Higher tiers add multi-site management, advanced analytics, real-time alerts, and dedicated support.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away, and the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period is charged immediately. If you move to a smaller plan, the unused difference is credited to your next invoice.
No. With a trial code you get a 30-day free trial and no credit card. We email you 9 days and 1 day before it ends; when it ends, access pauses unless you choose a plan — we never charge you unless you pick one. Without a trial code, choose a plan to get started. Plans are one flat monthly price (plus applicable sales tax) with no per-child fees.
Plans are billed monthly, in U.S. dollars, plus applicable sales tax. There are no annual plans and no contract. You can cancel any time from Billing; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and partial months are not refunded.
Limits are per plan, not per location: on Growth, 12 staff and 40 children are shared across up to 2 locations. When you reach a limit, you can't add the next child, staff member or location until you upgrade — nothing you already have is removed or changed. Anything bigger than Growth is Enterprise.
